If you change your mind for any reason just let me know within 7 days that you intend to make a return.
I will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery when the goods returned to the address below.You should obtain proof of posting.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
I will send your order confirmation and and dispatch notification by email. I do not send paper receipts unless requested.
It is possible that my emails to you may be put in your junk/spam folder, it is your responsibility to check.

Payment:
Payments are processed by Secure Hosting or Paypal.The English Leather Rose Co. will not store your card data in any form.

Personal messages
Inclusion of a personal message in the box with your order is an free extra service. No responsiblity is taken if I do not receive your message, if it arrives too late to be included, if it is transcribed incorrectly or for any other reason.

Inability to provide services:
Leather roses are a handcrafted item and it is possible that demand may exceed supply. If I cannot fulfill your order, I will notify you within 24 hours and of course, refund your payment in full.If The English Leather Rose Co. is unable to provide these services to you because of any causes beyond it's control (including, but not limited to, postal delays, the failure of equipment or power supplies, illness or industrial action), it will not be liable to you for any loss that you may suffer.
In all cases the extent of my liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Custom orders and weddings:
If you are booking more than 6 weeks before I'm due to start work a 50% deposit is payable. The final balance is due when the work is finished.You can make changes/additions to your order up to 6 weeks before I am due to start work. If you cancel your order more than 6 weeks before I'm due to start work I will refund your deposit less £25 to cover my costs.If you cancel your order less than 6 weeks before I'm due to start work your deposit is non refundable.
