Please let me know within 7 days of receipt if you intend to return any
goods. You
should obtain proof of posting.

Safe delivery:
Unless
otherwise stated or agreed, I will post your rose within
3 working days of receiving payment.
You
can have your rose delivered to your home or sent direct
to the person it is intended for.
Should there be no-one available to accept delivery,
the postman will leave a card informing the recipient
how to collect the parcel or re-arrange
delivery. It becomes the recipient’s responsibility to arrange
re-delivery or collection.
I accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not
being available.
We
will post your order to the address as you enter
it at the check out. No liability is accepted
for late or failed delivery if the quoted address
is incorrect.
If
you wish to have your rose posted to a business address,
The English Leather Rose Co. Ltd shall be deemed to
have delivered the order to its intended recipient
by delivering it to the reception area at the business
address.
I
cannot guarantee the delivery date for items sent
by first class post or Airmail.
International
Orders:
I will send a rose anywhere in the world (subject to UK Post Office acceptance)
and a proof of posting certificate is always obtained.
Local
customs may impose additional import duties and customs
charges. You will be responsible for these charges
as levied.
It
is the customers responsibility to select the correct
international postage region at the checkout. An additional
handling charge of £1 will be imposed for collecting
the difference owed if the incorrect option is selected.
Your
order may be split into more than one box. Payment:
Pay using your credit or debit card when
placing your order via our secure server. The system
requires you to supply the registered address of
the credit card holder. In the unlikely event that
your card is used fraudulently to make a purchase
with The English Leather Rose Co. Ltd, you the consumer,
are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment
has already been made, you, the customer are entitled
in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection
Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit
or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.
If
you are ordering from a non UK address the appropriate
exchange rate will be applied by your credit card company.
If
you want to pay using your PAYPAL account,
I will send you a PAYPAL invoice on request.
If
you pay using a personal cheque, you can
post your order & payment to the address above.
Cheques should be made payable to “The English
Leather Rose Co. Ltd” . Cheques must be drawn
on a UK bank and must be in UK Pounds only. Please
add the corect P&P charge to your order total.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your order/instructions
are clear. Please provide a contact ‘phone
number and/or email address so that we can confirm
receipt of your order. Allow up to 10 working days
for your cheque to clear - your order will then be
despatched. This method of ordering is not recommended
if you require your rose quickly.
Availability:
Leather roses are a handcrafted item that take time to produce. It is
possible that at busy periods demand may exceed supply. Please order
early to avoid dissapointment. If I cannot fulfill your order, I
will notify you within 24 hours and of course, refund your payment
in full.
Substitutions:
Substitutions will not be sent unless I have your approval. In the unlikely
event that the rose you have ordered is not available, I will contact
you to discuss alternative options.
Personal
messages
Including your message is an free
extra service. No responsiblity is taken if I do
not receive your message, if it arrives too late
to be included or if it is transcribed
incorrectly.
Inability
to provide services:
If I am unable to provide these services to you because of any causes
beyond my control (including, but not limited to, postal delays, the
failure of equipment or power supplies, illness or industrial action),
I will not be liable to you for any loss that you may suffer. In all
cases the extent of my liability is limited to the value of the order
placed.
Privacy:
I have a firm commitment to protecting your privacy and security as my
customer.
When you place an order for a product I will collect your credit
card billing address, credit card information, telephone number,
email address
and the delivery address for your order. This Information will only be
used to process your order and, if necessary, to contact you regarding
the status of your order. Whilst I may occasionally contact you via email
to inform you of special promotions, I will never pass on or sell your
details to another company. If you do not wish to be sent email notifications
of promotions by ‘The English Leather Rose Co ’ just tell
