Do you get fully booked?
When I accept an order I estimate how long I will need to complete it and then allocate time in my work diary accordingly. When my diary is full I'm sorry but I have to say no. I will not jeopardise the standard of my work of my work by taking on too many.

What is the difference between a full leather rose and a bud leather rose?
Size - A full leather rose measures around 8-9cm across the top of the bloom. A bud rose measures 5-6 across the top.

When should I place my order?
Most people seem to get in touch around 6 - 10 months before 'the day', some leave it much later.
Many of my brides like to get their roses delivered early so it's all sorted and one less thing to think about.

How long will it take?
It will take me about a week to 10 days to craft a 12 rose shower bouquet, bridesmaid posy and buttonholes.
When you order I will give you an estimated start date.

If I order now when will you start work?
You can request to have your work done as soon as possible or book it in for some time in the future. The length of my 'queue' changes all the time - So I might be able to start work next week or there could be a 3/4 months wait.

I'm not getting married until next year - can I order now?
Yes, just let me know when you would like to receive your roses I will book your work accordingly. You will need to pay your deposit to confirm the booking.

I only want a bouquet and a buttonhole - can you squeeze me in?
Maybe - its certainly worth asking! Obviously pre-booked orders take priority, but I do build some degree of flexibility into my schedule and can fit in last minute orders.

Can I change my mind once I've placed my order?
Yes - your deposit has secured my time and I'm all yours for that period.
If I've ordered special leather for you it may be tricky to change the skins, but I can always change what I make with them.

What if I need more roses?
As I've mentioned before, I do build flexibility into my schedule so I should be able to accommodate you.

Can you deliver anywhere in the world?
Yes - However there is a limit on the size of box that I can send by Airmail (Combined dimensions cannot exceed 900mm). This means that I may have to split you order in to more that one box. I will charge postage at a rate £12.95 per box for orders sent by International Airmail.
The size restriction also means that I can't send very large bouquets abroad, but small and medium shower bouquets and most posies are fine.

Can you send me a sample leather rose?
Unfortunately I am unable to send out free samples. However if you order a leather rose from my online shop and then return it within 28 days I will refund your money.

Can you make leather roses for my hair?
I don't feel that this is very successful because the leather roses weigh too much. That said if you have strong thick hair, I have provided bud roses on flexible wires that have been fixed onto combs & slides. This is an area I'm still working on!

What else can you do?
I am always willing to try out new ideas - what have you got in mind? :-)

Take a good look at the galleries and when you have an idea of what you might want, get in touch and we can have a chat about your requirements. I will work out a no obligation quote for the work and send you cuttings of leather so you can check colours.

A 50% deposit payment confirms your order.
You can pay by Credit/Debit card, Cheque, Paypal or cash.
I will book you into my work diary, give you an estimated delivery date ( we will have already discussed this) and create your personal web page.
YOUR ORDER IS NOT BOOKED UNTIL I HAVE RECEIVED YOUR CONFIRMATION/DEPOSIT PAYMENT .

When the roses are finished I will upload photographs to your web page. Your final balance is then due. When I receive this I will send your roses to you.
